How It Works

01

Inquiry

Share the locations, timing, and how the images will be used.

02

Scope and Quote

I'll reply personally with a proposal covering deliverables, schedule, usage rights, and cost.

03

The Shoot

Landscape work depends on light and weather, so shoots are planned around a window of dates rather than a single day.

04

Delivery

Edited, high-resolution files delivered with a written agreement covering usage or ownership.

FAQ

Do you travel outside the Denver area?

Yes. I work throughout Colorado, from the Front Range and the high peaks to the Western Slope and the Eastern Plains. Travel costs are outlined in each quote.

How is pricing determined?

Every project is quoted individually based on the number of locations, days in the field, deliverables, and how the images will be used.

What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?

Shoots are scheduled around a window of dates so we can wait for the right conditions. I'll keep you updated on the forecast and plan around it.

Can I license a photograph I've seen on your site?

Yes. Send me the image and a short description of how you'd like to use it, and I'll put together licensing terms and a quote.

Who owns the photographs?

Most projects are licensed for a defined use, such as advertising, editorial, or organizational. Exclusive licenses and full copyright transfers are also available, and each is quoted at its own rate.

How far in advance should I reach out?

The earlier the better, especially for seasonal work. Fall color and wildflower windows are short, so reaching out a season ahead gives us the most options.
